Julie Anderson is the owner of Libby Cole Creations.  She has been in the floral design business for over 12 years. She has provided floral design and décor for corporate events, galas, parties and weddings.  Her goal is to help capture the vision you have for your special day. From Boho Chic to Elegant Romance she loves putting together an event with a theme throughout. She aims to offer affordable pricing, enabling the client to have what they want without robbing the bank! She enjoys hearing the vision of the client, putting a creative spin on it, and taking it to the next level.  She resides in Walburg, Texas with her husband Bryan and her five pups.
